I was a first time home buyer. I knew nothing about the process. I did not want to bug anyone with my questions and concerns if I didn't understand something. Tiforne was so kind and understanding. She was constantly asking me, Do you have any questions do you have any concerns? I appreciate it because she let me know that that's what she was there for. Tiforne asked me to tell her what I was looking for in a house. I was looking for a three bedroom two bath, and to be totally honest the main thing I was looking for in a house was the perfect laundry room. She said that didn't sound crazy at all. We both kind of laugh about the laundry room. She and I both went on a search. Tiforne would find real nice houses in my budget, and then she would say, but the laundry room is small or downstairs. Of course she told me to look to make sure and see if I could override that with the beauty of the rest of the house. She didn't want to cross it off the list because that was one of my main request. That didn't bother me at all. I would go on Zillow and Realtor looking at houses late at night, and I would take a screenshot of what I liked, and wanted to see. Then I would text it to her late, with an apology. Saying I hope this text message don't bother you. I know it's late. She would text right back, saying no, you're not bothering me. I'm up. Do you want to the house tomorrow or within the next day or two? Tifronia never showed any kind of sign frustration with me. I tell you the truth she showed me a lot of houses. When she found the HOUSE that I'm in right now 3 bedroom 1 bath and with the perfect laundry room that I adore. The laundry room even has a window. I wanted to buy it on the spot. As it got closer to the closing date and things weren't moving as fast as I thought they should have been. She assured me everything was going to be all right. I will close on the closing date that was set. I believe at the end about 3 days before closing date. I was getting so antsy and kept thinking something wasn't going to go right. But Tiforne repeatedly kept telling me don't worry Anita everything is going to be all right we are on track and you will close on your closing date. It didn't look like it from my perspective but this lady was wonderful. She knows her job she knows what to do. I have already told my family and friends that's trying to buy houses about this young lady.
